Lemon blueberry yogurt loaf is what I'm making today. Originally I was going to make it for someone else- but the recipe looks so good I have to try it out for myself (maybe I'll give away a few slices!). I also get really nervous handing over a new recipe I've never tried out before and haven't tasted... :P
Ok- it took me a few more days than I had actually planned to make this recipe, try it & give you feedback. The first BIG red flag that happened was it DID NOT take 50-55 minutes, It was more like an HOUR & A HALF! I ended up up putting aluminum foil over the top after the 55 minute mark because I didn't want any more color on top, but the bottom was raw still so it needed to bake more. Most of the blueberries fell towards the bottom so you had like a layer of blueberries and then I got the layer of INTENSE lemon... the lemon syrup was strong and the icing was strong as well. I like lemon- it wasn't bad-- I just felt like I was smacked in the face with a lemon! LOL! This is really on the borderline if I'm going to make this again... and it's leaning on the side of NOT making it again...
