I am attempting a balsamic reduction dressing.
1/4c balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle of brown sugar
S&P
2 crushed garlic cloves
Sprinkling of rosemary
It's at a boil & now on low flame
Will remove garlic cloves and add a tablespoon of butter. Will let it cool.
Will shake this up with EVOO and pour over the salad
