* this comes out more eggy... I personally prefer the apple Dutch baby recipe I posted earlier... This recipe is ok. I think it's personal texture preference that will determine if you like this recipe or not.
4 eggs
1C- milk
1C- flour
1/4C- sugar
1/2tea- vanilla
1/4tea- salt
2T- butter
1C- berries ( I used blueberries )
Oven 400, bake 15-18 min until the top sets
1. Melt butter in a cast iron pan
2. Pour batter in pan
3. Add berries & put into oven for 15- 18 min
