Cannoli cream served with Stacy's cinnamon sugar chips

Cannoli cream. My husband doesn't like ricotta or lemon so I adjusted for his taste

I used 8oz marscapone (you can use ricotta or a combo of ricotta & marscapone)
1/4c powdered sugar
A drop or two of orange extract (you should really use a lemon oil)
A little bit of vanilla extract 
A dash of cinnamon
A sprinkling of mini chocolate chips

I wanted to keep this not too sweet, not much cinnamon because I'm serving this with Stacy's cinnamon sugar chips & I wanted it to compliment the fact that those chips are heavy on sugar & cinnamon.
